All wedding plans, including music and any indoor gathering, require advance written approval before booking. Local noise restrictions apply throughout the day, not just after dark. Keep music and bass low enough to comply; daytime amplified music is not automatically permitted. Any approved indoor gathering must keep doors closed and remain within local noise requirements. Moving indoors does not guarantee compliance or authorize an unapproved evening reception. Be prepared to lower or stop music immediately if required by the host or authorities. Fort Walton Beach adopted a plainly audible noise standard in August 2025; guests and vendors are responsible for complying with applicable city requirements.

Fort Walton Beach adopted a plainly audible noise standard in August 2025; guests and vendors are responsible for complying with applicable city requirements. Noise complaints and events will be charged a $500 disturbance fee. Booking with us means you agree to this. The following is NOT included in the total: Event fee - Usually $1249. Contact the host for the availability of slips and trailer parking. **Checkout time is 10 am. Late checkouts disrupt the cleaning and maintenance task schedule and will be charged at the rate of half the nightly rate**
